We are a 17 year old company with physical presence in London-UK, Melbourne-AU, New Delhi, NOIDA and Bangalore-India. We are primarily into providing Outsourced Product Development (OPD) Labs, Application Development (websites Development & Redesign, Ecommerce Site/Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, Mobile Apps), Support Services (Data entry, Email Support & Voice Support-Inbound customer service & Tech support). We have a 100% client satisfaction track record and as a result of our dedicated services we have developed strategic partnerships with clients primarily based in US & UK, for whom we are currently running dedicated development Labs. 90% of our clients subcontract there projects or use our OPD service.

On the request of our Clients recently we have ventured into Support Services (Data entry, Email Support & Voice Support-Inbound customer service & Tech support), as some of our customers were facing issues in outsourcing their Support Operations as it’s very small and varies from 1-5 member team.

  • The dedicated resource is finalized by you and works directly under you or your core team’s supervision, the tasks are assigned by you, along with daily reporting.

  • Usually the contract starts with 6 months duration but it can be terminated with a one month notice anytime. This also means that if you are unsatisfied with the resources, you can ask for a replacement or terminate the contract with just a month's notice.

  • Yes, you can hire only one resource although it is advisable to go for two, as there should always be a replacement in case of emergencies.

  • We will be sharing a couple of profiles with you based on your requirements. You shortlist the resource and take the final interview before finalizing.

  • Normally you don't have to be technically sound to explain your requirement, but in case you need technical expertise for Project Management we can offer you that as well on a shared or dedicated basis.

  • Yes we provide domain and hosting services.
